About Shelley Eyler

Shelley excels at turning complex, fast-paced situations into calm, seamless experiences. As the oldest of nine and a mother of four, managing moving parts comes naturally to her.
Her professional journey spans healthcare—where she built a sharp capacity for multitasking under pressure—and five years as a marketing director for a home inspection company. That role sparked her passion for real estate and showed her the profound impact agents have when guiding clients through major life transitions.
Licensed in Maryland and West Virginia (and expanding into Pennsylvania), Shelley continuously builds on her expertise, holding designations like At Home With Diversity, Military Relocation Professional, and Accredited Buyer’s Representative. She serves as co-chair of the Community Service Committee for the Frederick County Association of REALTORS®, co-developed her brokerage’s mentorship program, and supports fellow agents!
